One fire engine attended a car fire on Fulwood Road, Sheffield after a call was received at 11.06pm. The fire had spread to an area around the car, including cables and waste water pipe situated above. Two hose reels were used to extinguish the fire and the incident had been dealt with by 12.52am.

One fire engine attended a garden fire on Poplar Grove, Lundwood, Barnsley after a call was received at 2.21am. This was a brazier fire that spread to old decking and carpet waste at the rear of the house. The fire also spread to a window and door . Crews extinguished the fire using a hose reel and the incident had been dealt with by 3.11am.
