Five fire engines were called to a serious fire on Moss Road in Moss, Doncaster just after 6:30pm on Sunday afternoon.

Fire crews from Askern, Adwick, Thorne, Doncaster and Edlington were called to the scene.  A caravan and bungalow were both well alight when crews arrived, with the occupants of the bungalow already safely outside.

Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used hose reels to tackle the blaze.

Fire crews left the the scene at around 10:30pm.

An investigation into the cause of the fire will take place on Monday.
