Overnight incidents 12/13 February 2023

Rotherham firefighters were called out to a shed on fire in an allotment at 7:05pm on Scrooby Street, Greasbrough, Rotherham. The fire is believed to have been started deliberately. The crew left the scene at 8:05pm.

Firefighters from Parkway station attended a deliberate fire involving grass and bushes at 7:25pm on Fairfax Road, Sheffield. The crew came away at 7:35pm.

A wheelie bin was deliberately set on fire at 8:15pm on St Joseph’s Road, Sheffield. Firefighters from Parkway station attended the incident. They left at 8:25pm.

Central firefighters attended a deliberate motorbike fire at 8:50pm on Park Grange Road, Sheffield. The crew left the scene at 9:10pm.

Firefighters from Maltby station were called out to a fire involving trees and fence at 10:45pm on Stanford Close, Maltby, Rotherham. The crew came away at 11:15pm.

Several fire crews were called out to an accidental fire involving an outbuilding at 5:10am on City Road, Sheffield. Surrounding properties were evacuated as a precaution. Firefighters left the scene at 7:05am.
