Overnight incidents 14/15 June 2020

Two fire crews from Cudworth and Barnsley stations were called out to a deliberate rubbish fire inside a derelict building. The crews were called at 7:10pm to Church Hill, Royston, Barnsley. The crews left at 8:10pm.

At 7:45pm two fire crews from Rotherham and Parkway stations were called to a property on Alric Drive, Brinsworth, Rotherham. The fire was in the kitchen and was a toaster which had accidentally started due to an item left on top of the appliance. The crews left at8:10pm.

A wheelie bin was deliberately set on fire at 8:40pm on Wingfield Road, Wingfield, Rotherham. Firefighters from Rotherham stations attended the incident. The crews left at 9:15pm.

Cudworth firefighters were called out to a deliberate rubbish fire at 9:20pm on Oak Street, Grimethorpe, Barnsley. The crew came away at 9:50pm.

Firefighters from Adwick station attended a deliberate wheelie bin fire at 11:50pm on Manor Road, Instoneville, Doncaster. The crew left the scene at 12:15am.
