Overnight incidents 19/20 October 2020

Dearne firefighters were called out to a deliberate tyre fire at 7:45pm on Clayton Lane, Thurnscoe, Barnsley. They left the scene at 8:20pm.

A number of tyres were deliberately set on fire inside a derelict building on Plumpers Road, Sheffield at 8pm. A fire crew from Parkway station attended the incident. They came away at 8:55pm.

A wheelie bin was deliberately set on fire at 8:40pm on Abbots Road, Lundwood, Barnsley. Firefighters from Cudworth station were called out to the incident. They left the scene at 9:20pm.

Rotherham firefighters were called out to deliberate rubbish fire at 10:10pm on Alsing Road, Sheffield. The crew came away at 10:35pm.

At 3:15am firefighters from Rivelin station attended an industrial wheelie bin which had been deliberately set on fire at Cross Hill, Sheffield. The firefighters left the scene at 3:45am.

Firefighters from Rotherham station were called out to a rubbish fire inside an empty property at 5:05am this morning on Laudsdale Road East, Herringthorpe, Rotherham. The fire is believed to have been started deliberately. The crew came away at 5:35am.
