Overnight incidents 2/3 May 2022

Birley Moor firefighters were called out to a deliberate rubbish fire at 7:25pm on Weakland Drive, Sheffield. The crew left the scene at 7:40pm.

A skip was deliberately set on fire at 8pm on Main Street, Mexborough, Doncaster. Firefighters from Dearne station attended the incident. The crew left at 8:35pm.

Firefighters from Elm Lane station attended a deliberate fire involving cut grass at 8:15pm on Oaks Lane, Shiregreen, Sheffield. The crew came away at 8:55pm.

Edlington firefighters were called out to a deliberate rubbish fire at 8:50pm on Warmsworth Road, Balby, Doncaster. The crew left the scene at 9:20pm.

Firefighters from Doncaster station attended a lawnmower on fire at 10:30pm on Charles Street, Wheatley, Doncaster. The fire is believed to have been started deliberately. The crew left the scene at 10:45pm.

A vehicle was deliberately set on fire at 10:35pm on Willington Road, Sheffield. Firefighters from Elm Lane station attended the incident. They left at 10:55pm.

A car was deliberately set on fire at 12am on Southey Crescent, Sheffield. Firefighters from Elm Lane station attended the incident. They left at 12:35am.

Central firefighters were called out to an accidental wheelie bin fire at 12:05am on Ironside Place, Sheffield. The crew came away at 12:20am.
