Two fire engines are parked up on an area of farm land, on a hill. The weather is dull and it appears to be in the late evening. Two firefighters can be seen in the distance, walking between the two fire engines.

Overnight incidents – 2/3 November

Firefighters from Central and Birley Moor were called to Lingfoot Close, Sheffield at 7.37pm. Upon arrival they found an electrical fire to the rear of an oven had set it alight. The owners had already extinguished the fire and taken the oven outside, where crews cooled it down with a hose reel jet. This was dealt with by 8.30pm.

Firefighters from Maltby were called to Kingsforth Road, Thurcroft, at 8.21pm. Upon arrival they found a large industrial skip well alight. This was dealt with by 9.34pm and is thought to have been started deliberately.

Firefighters from Maltby were called to Kingsfort Road, Thurcroft, again at 11.43pm. Upon arrival they found a skip full of rubbish well alight. This was dealt with by 0.26am and is thought to have been started deliberately.
