Overnight incidents 2/3 September 2024

Central firefighters were called out to a deliberate garden fire which was out of control at 7:55pm on Arbourthorne Road, Sheffield. The crew left the scene at 8:15pm.

Firefighters from Birley station attended two wheelie bins which had been deliberately set on fire at 7:55pm on Herdings Park, Raeburn Road, Sheffield. The crew came away at 8:15pm.

Birley firefighters were called out to a deliberate rubbish fire at 9:30pm on Long Acre View, Sheffield. The crew left the scene at 9:55pm.

A vehicle was accidentally on fire at 9:45pm on Grange Lane, Brinsworth, Rotherham. Firefighters from Parkway and Rotherham stations attended the incident. They left at 12:35am.

Firefighters from Birley station attended a deliberate wheelie bin fire at 10:10pm on Herdings Park, Raeburn Road, Sheffield. The crew came away at 10:30pm.

Two wheelie bins were deliberately set on fire at 11:20pm on Green Lane, Woodlands, Doncaster. Firefighters from Adwick station attended the incident. They left at 11:35pm.

Central firefighters were called out to an accidental bin fire at 12:25am on Norfolk Row, Sheffield. The crew came away at 12:35am.

Three fire crews from Rotherham, Elm Lane and Birley stations attended a vacant premise on Broughton Lane, Sheffield at 1:25am. The deliberate fire involving rubbish inside the premise. Crews left the scene at 3:10am.
