Overnight incidents 25/26 June 2023

Firefighters from Birley station attended a deliberate rubbish fire at 8:30pm on Long Acre View, Sheffield. The crew left the scene at 9:10pm.

Cudworth firefighters were called out to a deliberate fire involving vegetation at 9:30pm on New Street, Dearfield, Barnsley. The crew came away at 10:10pm.

Two fire crews from Dearne and Adwick stations attended a premise fire at 9:35pm on Hawthorne Drive, Bolton Upon Dearne, Barnsley. The fire is believed to have started accidentally. One man suffered smoke inhalation and was left in the care of paramedics. The crews left the scene at 11:20pm.

A caravan was deliberately set on fire at 10:45pm on Fordstead Lane, Almholme, Doncaster. Firefighters from Adwick and Doncaster stations attended the incident. They left at 11:25pm.

Central firefighters were called out to a deliberate wheelie bin fire at 11pm on Middle Hay View, Sheffield. The crew came away at 11:15pm.

A car was deliberately set on fire at 12:30am on Keats Road, Sheffield. Firefighters from Elm Lane station attended the incident. They left at 1:05am.

Three fire crews from Central and Rivelin stations were called out to a deliberate fire involving rubbish in a derelict building at 2:50am on Castle Street, Sheffield. The crews left the scene at 4:05am.

Firefighters from Edlington station attended a deliberate skip fire at 4am on Doncaster Road, Denaby Main, Doncaster. The crew left the scene at 4:40am.

A car was deliberately set on fire at 4:30am on Stovin Drive, Sheffield. Firefighters from Parkway station attended the incident. They left at 5:05am.
