Overnight incidents 6/7 April 2021

A bin was deliberately set on fire at 7:05pm on Longley Avenue West, Sheffield. Firefighters from Elm Lane station attended the incident. They left the scene at 7:35pm.

Two fire crews from Cudworth station were called out to an accidental hedge fire at 7:15pm on Thurnscoe Bridge Lane, Thurnscoe, Barnsley. The crews came away at 8:30pm.

At 7:25pm firefighters from Dearne station attended a deliberate grass fire on Dearne Road, Bolton Upon Dearne, Barnsley. The crew left the scene at 8pm.

Rivelin firefighters attended an accidental bin fire at 8:05pm in Hillsborough Par, Penistone Road, Owlerton, Sheffield. The crew came away at 8:15pm.

Firefighters from Central station were called out to a bin which had been deliberately set on fire at 11pm on Pond Street, Sheffield. They left the scene at 11:10pm.

Two cars were deliberately set on fire at 11:10pm on Lower Castlereagh Street, Barnsley. Firefighters from Barnsley station attended the incident. They came away at 11:50pm.

A transit van was deliberately set on fire at 11:35pm in Parkway Business Park, Parkway Drive, Sheffield. A fire crew from Parkway station attended the incident. They left the scene at 12:05am.
