Overnight incidents 9/10 November 2022

Cudworth firefighters were called out to a deliberate rubbish fire in a field at 8:40pm on Bushfield Road, Wath Upon Dearne, Rotherham. The crew left the scene at 9:15pm.

Two fire crews from Central and Lowedges stations attended an accidental fire involving a Wi-Fi junction box on Gaunt Road, Sheffield at 8:50pm. The crews came away at 2:10am.

Rotherham firefighters were called out to a deliberate bin fire at 9pm on Briery Walk, Breasbrough, Rotherham. The crew left the scene at 9:15pm.

A wheelie bin was deliberately set on fire at 9:10pm on Eastern Avenue, Sheffield. Firefighters from Central station attended the incident. They left at 9:30pm.

Firefighters from Rivelin station attended an accidental bin fire at 9:35pm on Owler Lane, Sheffield. The crew left the scene at 9:50pm.

Cudworth firefighters were called out to a deliberate rubbish fire at 10:15pm on Acorn Way, Grimethorpe, Barnsley. The crew came away at 11pm.

Two wheelie bins were deliberately set on fire at 10:30pm on Pollard Avenue, Sheffield. Firefighters from Rivelin station attended the incident. They left at 10:50pm.

Firefighters from Lowedges station attended an accidental fire involving a wheelie bin fire at 11:55pm on Lowedges Road, Sheffield. The crew left the scene at 12:10am.

A caravan was deliberately set on fire at 12:50am on Wood Walk, Platts Common, Barnsley. The fire also spread to the gable end of a barn. Firefighters from Tankersley and Barnsley stations attended the incident. They left at 2am.

Rivelin firefighters were called out to a deliberate car fire at 3:10am on Penrith Road, Sheffield. The crew came away at 3:45am.

Three fire crews from Central and Elm Lane stations attended a deliberate rubbish fire at 3:35am on Abbeyfield Road, Sheffield. The crews left the scene at 4:15am.
