Weekend incidents 13/15 September 2024

Saturday 14 September

Adwick firefighters were called out to a deliberate vehicle fire at 4:30am on The Crescent, Woodlands, Doncaster. The crew left the scene at 5:15am.

A car was accidentally on fire at 5:25pm on Shortwood Lane, Clayton, Doncaster. Firefighters from Dearne station attended the incident. They left at 6:10pm.

Firefighters from Adwick station attended an accidental rubbish fire which had spread to a garage at 6:20pm on Osborne Avenue, Woodlands, Doncaster. The crew came away at 7:05pm.

A skip was deliberately set on fire at 7:50pm on Queen Street, Balby, Doncaster. Firefighters from Doncaster station attended the incident. They left at 8:35pm.

Elm Lane firefighters were called out to a deliberate car fire at 10:05pm on Stubbin Lane, Sheffield. The crew left the scene at 10:50pm.

Sunday 15 September

Firefighters from Edlington station attended an accidental car fire at 1:10pm on Moat House Way, Conisbrough, Doncaster. The crew left the scene at 1:45pm.

Three fire crews from Rotherham and Elm Lane stations were called out to a premise on Habershon Road, Kimberworth Park, Rotherham at 2:40pm. The accidental fire involved the oven. One occupant suffered smoke inhalation. Crews left the scene at 3:30pm.
