On Friday at 08:05pm, crews from Doncaster and Edlington attended a house fire on Cross Street in Bentley, Doncaster. This was a fire in the living room and luckily, no one was in the property at the time of the fire. It was believed to have started accidentally as the occupier stated that some candles had been left burning on the mantle piece underneath the TV. The TV caught fire fell from the wall and then spread to the sofa. Crews left at around 09:08om.
At 08:19pm on Friday, firefighters from Parkway attended an incident on Eastern Avenue in which an upturned motorbike had been set on fire. Crews left at 08:35pm and the fire was deemed to be deliberate.
A Range Rover had been set alight on Green Lane in Carr, Rotherham on Friday, Crews from Maltby attened at 10:21pm and left the scene at 11:32pm. It was deemed to be a deliberate fire.
On Park Road in Barnsley, two vehicles were found to be well alight and a third vehicle was suffering heat damage to the front drivers side bumper. Crews from Cudworth attended this incident at 10:41pm on Friday and left the scene at 11:32pm. It was determined to have been started deliberately.
On Saturday, firefighters from Thorne were called to attend a van fire on Sheep Dip Lane in Dunscroft, Doncaster. They were called at 05:28am and were on scene until 06:32am. The fire was deemed to have been started deliberately.
A van had been totally burnt out on Butterwaite Lane in Sheffield on Saturday night at 07:29pm. Crews from Elm Lane were in attendance and left at 08:40pm. The fire had been started deliberately.
On Bellhouse Road in Sheffield, crews from Elm Lane were called to a shed / garage fire. This was the occupiers converted workshop which held multiple wood processing machine. The fire had started accidentally by hot turnings/embers. No one was hurt in the fire and crews left around 03:31am. They arrived on scene at 10:29pm Saturday night.
