Weekend incidents 23/25 April 2021

Dearne firefighters were called out to a deliberate moped fire at 7pm (Friday) on Deightonby Street, Thurnscoe, Barnsley. The fire crew came away at 7:35pm.

A car was deliberately set on fire at 9:40pm (Friday) on Ingsfield Lane, Bolton Upon Dearne, Barnsley. A fire crew from Dearne station attended the incident. They left at 10:20pm.

Firefighters from Edlington Station were called out to a deliberate car fire at 10:10pm (Friday) on Duke Avenue, Maltby, Rotherham. The crew left the scene at 23:15pm.

At 2:15am (Saturday) firefighters from Maltby station attended a fire involving an abandoned caravan on Limekiln Lane, Maltby, Rotherham. The fire is believed to have been started deliberately. The crew came away at 2:30am.

Firefighters from Edlington station attended an accidental quad bike fire at 11:55am (Saturday) at Colliery Road, Denaby Main, Doncaster. The crew left the scene at 12:30pm.

A VW Passat car was deliberately set on fire at 8:30pm (Saturday) at North Common Road, Thorne, Doncaster. Firefighters from Thorne station attended the incident. They left at 9:15pm.

Three fire crews from Adwick and Doncaster stations were called out to a deliberate fire involving a caravan, van and LGV inside a building at 8:55pm (Saturday) on High Street, Askern, Doncaster. The crews left the scene at 10:15pm.

A Land Rover was deliberately set on fire at 1:55am (Sunday) on Ratten Row, Wadworth, Doncaster. Firefighters from Edlington station attended the incident. They left at 2:30am.

At 5:15pm (Sunday) a motorbike was deliberately set on fire at Greenhill Park, Gresley Road, Sheffield. Firefighters from Lowedges stations attended the incident. They came away at 5:35pm.
