Three fire crews from Cudworth, Barnsley and Dearne stations were called out to a premise on Ash Road, Shafton, Barnsley at 2am. This was an accidental fire where a fire in a brazier spread to the gas supply of the premise. There were no casualties at the incident. The crews left the scene at 4:40am.

Sunday 30 July

Firefighters from Cudworth and Barnsley stations attended deliberate fire involving three bales of straw in a barn at 12:05am on Barnsley Road, Brierley, Barnsley. The crews came away at 1:15am.

A car was deliberately set on fire at 3:10am on Bungalow Road, Edlington, Doncaster. Firefighters from Edlington station attended the incident. They left at 3:45am.
