Weekend incidents 28 – 30 October 2022

Friday 28 October

A car was deliberately set on fire at 10:45pm on Abbey Brook Close, Sheffield. Firefighters from Lowedges attended the incident. They left at 11:45pm.

Saturday 29 October

Three fire crews from Dearne, Adwick and Edlington stations were called out to a terraced premise at 12:05am on Elizabeth Street, Goldthorpe, Barnsley. The fire is believed to have been started deliberately. The crews left the scene at 2:25am.

Doncaster firefighters attended an accidental car fire at 1pm on Stripe Road, Rossington, Doncaster. The fire crew came away at 1:45pm.

Firefighters were called out to a post box on Weston Road, Balby, Doncaster at 1:55pm. A fire work had been deliberately thrown into the post box. The fire was already out when crews arrived. Firefighters left the scene at 2:10pm.

A car was deliberately set on fire at 11pm on Centurion Street, Templeborough, Rotherham. Firefighters from Rotherham station attended the incident. They left at 11:35pm.

Sunday 30 October

Rivelin firefighters were called out to an accidental fire involving a car on Mortimer Road, Midhopestones, Barnsley at 11:50am. The crew left the scene at 1:35pm.
