Three fire crews from Elm Lane and Central stations were called out to a flat fire at 1:40am on Orphanage Road, Sheffield. All occupants were already out of the premise when crews arrived. The deliberate fire which involved the front door area was already out when crews arrived at the scene. Crews left the scene at 2:15am.

Firefighters from Dearne, Rotherham and Edlington stations attended an accidental flat fire involving a television at 7:20am on Grange Road, Swinton, Rotherham. The crews came away at 7:45am.

Parkway and Central firefighters were called out to a premise fire involving a microwave at 8:30am on Spofforth Road, Sheffield. The fire is believed to have started accidentally. Crew left the scene at 9:40am.
