A bay of hale was torched in an arson attack in Scawsby.

The hay was set alight at around 2am on Sunday (27 September).

Adwick firefighters used backpacks and beaters to tackle the blaze.

Earlier this summer fire officers issued advice to farmers on reducing the risk of arson.
