Fire crews tackle bedroom fire

Three fire crews from Maltby, Aston and Rotherham stations were called to a premise fire at 7:55pm on Wednesday evening on Zamor Crescent in Thurcroft, Rotherham.

When the crews arrived at the scene all the occupants were already safely outside, the fire was in a first floor bedroom.

Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used hose reels to put the fire out.

Fire crews left the scene at 9pm.
