Overnight incidents 6/7 February

Firefighters from Parkway station were called out to a deliberate bin fire on Badger Rise, Sheffield at 7:25pm. The crew left at 7:35pm.

At 7:40pm  a vehicle was on fire on Treeton Lane, Treeton, Rotherham. Parkway station attended the incident. The fire is believed to have been started deliberately. The crew left at 8:30pm.

A fridge freezer and other rubbish were deliberately set on fire in an allyway on Gosling Gate Road, Goldthorpe, Barnsley at 8:15pm. Cudworth firefighters attended the incident. They left at 9pm.

Three fire engines from Stocksbridge, Barnsley and Tankersley were called out to a road traffic accident (RTC) at 12:05am on Lee Lane Millhouse Green, Barnsley. It was a one car RTC with one person trapped.  Firefighters extricatated the casualty from the vehicle before leaving the scene at 1:05am.

At 12:30am two fire engines from Aston and Birley Moor stations attended an RTC at M1 services, southbound, Woodall, Rotherham. The RTC involved one vehicle and one casualty. Crews left at 1:30am.

Three fire crews from Doncaster and Edlington attended a domestic premise at 12:40am on McConnel Crescent, New Rossington, Doncaster. The fire was in a bedroom and had started accidentally. There were no casualties and the crews left at 1:15am.

Dearne firefighters were called out to a vehicle which had been deliberately set on fire at 2:40am on Foley Avenue, Wombwell, Barnsley. The crew left at 3:20am.
