Firefighters from Adwick attended a fire at a property on Askern Road, Bentley, on Sunday night (14 July).
The call came in at around 6.48pm and upon arrival the crew found a fire in the garden – involving a fence and large industrial jet washer.
It is thought the fire started when the heat from a garden brazier, which had been left unattended, set light to the fence and subsequently the jet washer and other garden items.
The crew used a hose reel jet to extinguish the fire before offering some advice, to the occupier, around the use and positioning of braziers.
Nobody was injured in the incident and firefighters left around 7.07pm.
