Weekend incidents 11/13 September 2020

A Kia car was deliberately set on fire at 12:40am on Saturday on Lea Brook Lane, Hoober, Rotherham. Firefighters from Dearne station attended the incident. They came away at 1:40am.

Four fire crews from Birley Moor, Central and Lowedges stations at 1am on Saturday on Ironside Walk, Sheffield. A ground floor flat was well alight. Six other flats were also affect by smoke. Thankfully there are no reports of any injuries. The fire is believed to have been started deliberately. The crews left at 2:35am.

Cudworth firefighters were called out to a deliberate car fire at 3:25am on Saturday morning on Harold Avenue, Lundwood, Barnsley. The crew left the scene at 4am.

At 10:15am on Saturday morning a car was deliberately set on fire at Redhouse Roundabout, Adwick Le Street, Doncaster. A fire crew from Adwick station attended the incident. They left the scene at 10:40am.

A Ford Focus car was deliberately set on fire at 12:20am on Sunday at Barrie Road, Sheffield. Elm Lane firefighters attended the incident. They came away at 1am.

Edlington firefighters were called out to a van which had been deliberately set on fire at 6:40am on Sunday morning on Edlington Lane, Edlington, Doncaster. The crew left the scene at 8:25am.
