Residents are being reminded to blow out candles carefully before going to bed after night lights left on a fridge started a fire.

The fire broke out at a flat on Wicker, Sheffield at around 2am on Friday morning.

Fortunately, no one was seriously injured in the fire although parts of the kitchen were badly smoke damaged.
