Overnight incidents 01/02 March

Crews from Central and Birley Moor attended a fire located in bins outside a block of flats on Fluery Road, Sheffield. A hose reel was used to extinguish the fire. Firefighters were called at 7:20pm and had dealt with the incident by 7:50pm.

A crew from Elm Lane were called at 8.51pm to the scene of a fire in Colley Park, next to Remington Road in Sheffield. On arrival they found a moped had been placed upside down and set on fire. Firefighters used backpacks filled with water to tackle the fire. They had left the scene by approximately 9.10pm.

Crews from Elm Lane and Rotherham were called at 10:53pm to the scene of a fire involving a flatbed truck on Fife Street. Hose reels were used to extinguish the fire. Firefighters had finished dealing with the incident by midnight.
