Overnight incidents 1/2 April

Birley Moor firefighters were called out to a deliberate rubbish fire at 8:05pm on Birley Lane, Sheffield. The crew left at 8:25pm.

A caravan was deliberately set on fire at 8:15pm on Acres Hill lane, Sheffield.  Two fire crews from Parkway and Central stations attended the incident. They left the scene at 9pm.

At 8:15pm a fence was deliberately set on fire a on Prince of Wales Road, Sheffield. Firefighters from Central and Birley Moor stations attended the incident. The crews came away at 8:45pm.

A Barnsley fire crew were called out to a rubbish fire on wasteland at Berrydale, Worsbrough Bridge, Barnsley. The fire was believed to have been started deliberately. The crew left the scene at 9pm.

Rotherham firefighters attended a deliberate fire in a clothes recycling bin at 10pm on Aldwarke Lane, Aldwarke, Rotherham. They left at 10:30pm.

At 10:10pm last night Rotherham firefighters were called out to a wheelie bin fire which had spread to rubbish and a hedge on Fitzwilliam Road, Eastwood, Rotherham. A fire crew from Dearne station attended the accidental fire. They came away at 10:50pm.

Dearne station were called out to a deliberate rubbish fire at 11pm on Coooperative Street, Goldthorpe, Barnsley. They left the scene at 11:15pm.
