Overnight incidents 1/2 June 2021

Four fire crews from Birley Moor, Aston, Parkway and Central stations were called out to a garage fire at 7:20pm on Woodhouse Lane, Beighton, Sheffield. The fire is believed to have started accidentally. The crews left the scene at 10:15pm.

Thorne firefighters were called out to a deliberate fire involving building materials at 8:55pm on Church Road, Stainforth, Doncaster. The crew came away at 9:15pm.

At 9:15pm firefighters from Doncaster station attended a deliberate fire involving fencing at Armthorpe Road, Intake, Doncaster. The crew left the scene at 9:45pm.

Three fire crews from Rivelin and Central stations attended a premise at 10:25pm on Rushby Street, Sheffield. The accidental fire was in the kitchen and involved cooking. Crews left the scene at 10:45pm.

Dearne firefighters attended an old fridge which had been deliberately set on fire at 10:25pm on Upperwood Road, Darfield, Barnsley. The crew left the scene at 10:45pm.

Firefighters from Elm Lane station were called out to a deliberate rubbish fire at 12:10am on Earl Marshal Road, Sheffield. They left the scene at 12:45am.

A fire crew from Edlington station attended a deliberate fire involving garden waste at 1:45am on Weston Road, Balby, Doncaster. The crew came away at 2:20am.

A car was deliberately set on fire at 4:20am this morning on Gill Street, Hyde Park, Doncaster. Firefighters from Doncaster station attended the incident. They left at 5:05am.
