Overnight incidents 18/19 December

A car was deliberately set on fire on Malton Street, Sheffield at 8:15pm last night.  Firefighters from Central station were called out to the incident and used a hose reel to put the fire out before leaving the scene at 8:35pm.

Adwick firefighters attended a road traffic collision at 9:15pm last night on Barnsley Road, Marr, Doncaster. Two vehicles, a car and a van were involved and two people were injured. The crew left at 10:30pm.

A transit van was deliberately set on fire at 10:40pm on Royds Moor Hill, Whiston, Rotherham. A crew from Rotherham station were called to the incident. They left at 11:15am.

At 1am this morning Dearne station attended a rubbish fire on Wentworth Road, Swinton, Rotherham. Firefighters used a hose reel to extinguish the fire which had been started deliberately. The crew left at 1:15am.
