Overnight incidents 20/21 November

At 8pm firefighters from Thorne station were called to a hedge fire at St James Avenue, Dunsville in Doncaster. The fire is thought to have been started deliberately.  Crews left the scene at 8:30pm.

A crew from Cudworth fire station attended a rubbish fire on Paddock Road, Staincross, Barnsley at 4:50am, with crews leaving the scene at 5:35am. This incident has been logged as a deliberate fire.

A car fire on Gargreave Close, Askern, Doncaster was attended by Askern station. The fire is believed to be an accidental fire with the crew leaving the scene at 6:05am.

At 6:20am Dearne station went to a car fire on Cherry Tree Place, Wath Upon Dearne in Rotherham. The VW Golf was well alight, firefighters used a hose reel to quickly put the fire out which was a deliberate fire. The crew left the incident at 6:55am.
