Overnight incidents 21/22 December 2020

A van was deliberately set on fire at 10:55pm on Raley Street, Kingstone, Barnsley. Firefighters from Barnsley station attended the incident. They left the scene at 11:15pm.

Two cars were deliberately set on fire on Greenfoot Lane, Old Town Barnsley at 11:25pm. The fire was already out when firefighters from Cudworth station arrived at the scene. They came away at 12:05am.

Dearne firefighters were called out to a deliberate car fire at 11:55pm on Saxon Street, Thurnscoe, Barnsley. The crew left the scene at 12:30am.

Two fire crews from Rotherham and Maltby stations were called out to a road traffic collision at 1:45am on Middle Lane, Clifton, Rotherham. One car was involved and one casualty was trapped in the vehicle with  firefighters carrying out an extrication. The crew left the scene at 2:25am.
