Overnight incidents 22/23 May 2023

Thorne firefighters were called out to a deliberate rubbish fire at 8:05pm on King Edward Road, Thorne, Doncaster. The crew left the scene at 8:25pm.

Firefighters from Barnsley station attended a deliberate fire involving rubbish at 8:35pm on Monkspring, Worsbrough Dale, Barnsley. The crew came away at 8:50pm.

Doncaster firefighters attended Ash Hold Industrial Park, Bank End Road, Finningley, Barnsley at 9:05pm. A shipping container had been deliberately set on fire at 11pm. The crew left the scene at 11pm.

Thorne firefighters were called out to a deliberate fire involving grassland at 9:25pm on Ramskir Lane, Stainforth, Doncaster. The crew came away at 9:35pm.

A fire crew from Edlington station attended a deliberate grassland fire at 10:05pm on Edlington Lane, Edlington, Doncaster. The crew left the scene at 10:15pm.

Two fire crews from Parkway and Birley Moor stations were called out to a deliberate fire involving an out building on an allotment at 12:40am on Skye Edge Road, Sheffield. The crews left the scene at 2:15am.

A van was deliberately set on fire at 12:50am on High Street, Askern, Doncaster. Firefighters from Askern station attended the incident. They left at 2:05am.

Two fire crews from Rotherham and Elm Lane stations attended a deliberate rubbish fire at 6:25am on Midland Road, Masbrough, Rotherham. The crews came away at 7:05am.
