Overnight incidents 26/27 January 2022

Three fire crews from Birley Moor, Parkway and Lowedges stations were called out to an accidental flat fire at 7pm on Gleadless Road, Sheffield. Luckily there were no reports of any injuries. The crews left the scene at 9:35pm.

Central firefighters attended a deliberate rubbish fire at 7:35pm on Manor Lane, Sheffield. The crew came away at 7:55pm.

A wheelie bin was deliberately set on fire at 7:55pm on Buchanan Road, Sheffield. Firefighters from Elm Lane station attended the incident. They left at 8:10pm.

Firefighters from Thorne station were called out to a deliberate wheelie bin fire at 7:55pm on New Park Estate, Stainforth, Doncaster. The crew came away at 8:15pm.

Birley Moor fire crew were called out to an accidental rubbish fire on Hollinsend Place, Sheffield at 9:15pm. The crew left the scene at 9:50pm.

A fire crew from Edlington station attended a deliberate fire involving wood and rubbish at 11pm on Smith Street, Balby, Doncaster. The crew left the scene at 11:25pm.

Firefighters from Birley Moor station were called out to a deliberate fire involving a tree and bushes at 11:10pm on Greenland Road, Sheffield. The crew left the scene at 11:45pm.

A car port was accidentally on fire at 3:50am on Woodsetts Road, North Anston, Rotherham. Firefighters from Aston and Maltby stations attended the incident. They came away at 5:30am.

Birley Moor firefighters attended a deliberate rubbish fire at 5:30am this morning on Bawtry Road, Brinsworth, Rotherham. The crew left the scene at 6am.
