Overnight incidents 27/28 May

Firefighters from Birley Moor station attended a deliberate wheelie bin and rubbish fire at 7:40pm on Fretson Road in Sheffield. The crew left at 8pm.

Two garden sheds, fence and gate were accidentally on fire yesterday evening at 8:30pm. Adwick firefighters attended the incident on Braithwell Road, Bentley, Doncaster. The fire crew used a hose reel to put the fire out before leaving the scene at 9:20pm.

At 10:10pm last night Thorne firefighters were called out to a deliberate rubbish fire on Lands End Road, Thorne, Doncaster. The crew came away at 11:15pm.

Firefighters from Parkway station were called out to a garden fire at 10:40pm on Halsall Road, Sheffield. The fire had spread to rubbish and a tree. The fire is believed to have started accidentally. The fire crew left at 11:35pm.

A fire crew from Adwick station attended an accidental fire on Repton Raod, Skellow, Doncaster. A shed and hot tub were involved in the fire. It is thought the cause of the fire was electrical. The crew left at 11:25pm.

A Mercedes car was deliberately set on fire at 11:35pm on Eben Street, Sheffield. Firefighters from Central station attended the incident. They left the scene at 12am.

Firefighters from Parkway station attended a fire involving fencing and decking at 2:20am on Hayes Drive, Sheffield. The fire is believed to have started accidentally. The crew left at 3am.

A scooter was deliberately set on fire this morning at 2:45am on Southey Avenue, Sheffield. Firefighters from Elm Lane station were called out to the incident. They left the scene at 3am.

Three fire crews from Rivelin, Central and Elm Lane stations were called out to a fire in a gennel at 4:15am.  The fire had also damaged external parts of a building on Midfield Road, Sheffield. The fire is believed to have been started deliberately. The crews left at 5:30am.

Edlington firefighters were called out at 6am to Weston Road, Balby, Doncaster were garden waste had accidentally set on fire. The crew left at 6:55am.
