One fire engine attended a car fire on Thorne Road , Wheatley Hills, Doncaster after a call was received at 5.21pm. One hose reel was used to extinguish the fire and a ventilation fan was used to direct smoke away from the road and the public. The incident had been dealt with by 5.37pm.

One fire engine attended a fire involving a greenhouse which also spread to a shed on Norwood Avenue, Maltby, Rotherham after a call was received at 8.44pm. One man received minor burns whilst trying to extinguish the fire. One hose reel was used to extinguish the fire and the incident had been dealt with by 9.16pm.
