Overnight incidents 28/29 April 2021

Cudworth firefighters were called out to a deliberate fire involving bracken and bushes at 7:50pm on Doncaster Road, Stairfoot, Barnsley. The crew left the scene at 8:35pm.

Five fire crews from Central, Rivelin, Birley Moor and Lowedges attended a chip pan fire at 8pm on Ecclesall Road, Sheffield. The fire small accidental fire was in a flat. Luckily there were no casualties. The crews left the scene at 8:55pm.

Trees and bushes were deliberately set on fire at 8:40pm on Cuckoo Lane, Hatfield, Doncaster. A fire crew from Thorne station attended the incident. They left at 9:10pm.

Firefighters from Central station attended a deliberate rubbish fire at 10:35pm on Kirkdale Crescent, Sheffield. The crew left the scene at 11:05pm.

Tankersley firefighters were called out to a deliberate rubbish fire on Woodhead Lane, Blacker Hill, Barnsley at 10:55pm. The crew came away at 11:25pm.

At 11pm a fire crew from Dearne station attended a deliberate rubbish fire on College Terrace, Darfield, Barnsley. The crew left the scene at 11:30pm.

A fence was accidentally on fire at 4:10am on Mowbray Place, East Dene, Rotherham. Firefighters from Rotherham station attended the incident. They left the scene at 4:30am.

Dearne firefighters were called out to a deliberate rubbish fire at 5:40am this morning on Hill Top Road, Denaby Main, Doncaster. The crew left the scene at 6am.

A wooden bench was deliberately set on fire at 6:30am on Kilners Bridge, Denaby Main, Doncaster. Firefighters from Edlington station attended the incident. They left the scene at 7:05am.
