Overnight incidents 29/30 April 2021

Two fire crews from Rotherham and Maltby stations were called out to a derelict property fire at 7:10pm on Doncaster Road, Dalton, Rotherham. The fire is believed to have been started deliberately. The crews left the scene at 8:15pm.

Edlington firefighters attended a deliberate fire involving two wheelie bins on Auburn Road, Edlington, Doncaster at 8:25pm. The crew came away at 8:50pm.

At 8:45pm firefighters from Rotherham station were called out to grassland on fire on Hungerhill Road, Kimberworth Park, Rotherham at 9:30pm. The fire is believed to have been started deliberately. The crew left the scene at 9:30pm.

A bin was deliberately set on fire at 9pm on Littleworth Avenue, Lundwood, Barnsley. Firefighters from Cudworth station attended the incident. They left the scene at 9:20pm.

Firefighters from Rotherham station attended a deliberate skip fire at 10:35pm on Roughwood Road, Wingfield, Rotherham. The crew left the scene at 11pm.

A van was deliberately set on fire at 11:05pm on South Drive, Bolton Upon Dearne, Barnsley. Firefighters from Dearne station attended the incident. They left at 11:25pm.

Parkway firefighters were called out to a clothing recycling bin on fire at 1am on Broom Valley Road, Broom, Rotherham. The crew left the scene at 1:35am.

A greenhouse was accidentally on fire at 5:30am this morning on Goodwin Road, Wingfield, Rotherham. Firefighters from Rotherham station attended the incident. They left the scene at 6am.
