Overnight incidents 3/4 December

Rivelin station were called to a deliberate rubbish fire at 7:30pm on Harrop Lane in Sheffield. The crew left the scene at 7:55pm.

A motorbike was on fire on Goathland Drive, Sheffield last night at 7:50pm. Aston station attended the deliberate fire before leaving the scene at 8:15pm.

Firefighters from Edlington station went to a discarded fridge/freezer which was on fire on Springwell Lane, Balby, Doncaster at 7:55pm last night. The fire had been started deliberately. The crew left the scene at 8:15pm.

A car was deliberately set on fire at 8pm on North Field Road, Hooton Pagnell, Doncaster. Adwick station were called out to the incident. They used a hose reel to put the fire out and then left the scene at 8:45pm.

A car was on fire on Ollerton Road, Athersley North, Barnsley at 8:55pm. Firefighters from Cudworth quickly attended the incident and used a hose reel to extinguish the fire which had been started deliberately. Firefighters left at 9:10pm.

At 9:30pm Rotherham station were called out to a chip pan fire at a premise on Moor Road, East Dene, Rotherham.  A fire crew from Rotherham station attended. The elderly occupant was already out of the property but was suffering from slight smoke inhalation. It was an accidental fire and the crews left the scene at 10:05pm.

A BMW car was on fire last night at 10:15pm on Goodison Boulevard, Cantley, Doncaster.  Firefighters from Doncaster attended the incident. The cause of the fire is not known. Crews left the scene at 10:40pm.

Cudworth station went out to skip fire at 12:35am this morning on Lang Avenue, Lundwood, Barnsley. The fire is believed to have been started deliberately. Firefighters left at 12:45am.

A car was deliberately set on fire at 1:30am on Bruce Avenue, Worsbrough Common, Barnsley. Barnsley firefighters were called to the incident. It is believed that the Ford Mondeo was deliberately set on fire. The water pipe and guttering of a property were also affected by the fire.  The crew left the scene at 2:25am.

A number tyres were set on fire at 2:30am this morning near to Balby Carr School on an unnamed road in Balby, Doncaster. Edlington station went out to the incident. The fire had been started deliberately. Firefighters came away from the scene at 2:50am.

Rotherham station went to a rubbish fire at 3am on Centenary Way, Canklow, Rotherham. It was a deliberate fire and the firefighters left the scene at 3:10am.
