Firefighters from Rivelin were called to Woodbank Road, Sheffield, at 7.59pm. Upon arrival they found a car that had been well alight and was now smoldering. Due to the fire damage, it was not possible to identify the car. This was dealt with by 9pm and it is thought the fire was started deliberately.

Firefighters from Edlington were called to Bolton Street, Denaby Main, at 6.34am. Upon arrival they found a shopping trolley, full of rubbish, well alight. This was dealt with by 6.59am and is thought to have been started deliberately.
