Overnight incidents 4/5 May

Firefighters from Aston stations were called out to a fire on High Hazel Road, Treeton, Rotherham at 7:45pm last night. The fire involved a bush which had been deliberately set on fire. The crew left at 8pm.

A caravan was deliberately set on fire at 10:05pm at Long Sandall, Clay Lane, Doncaster. A fire crew from Doncaster station attended the incident. The crew came away at 10:35pm.

At 10:20pm last night firefighters from Rotherham station were called out to a deliberate car fire on Doncaster Road, Thrybergh, Rotherham. The fire crew left the scene at 11:05pm.

Three fire crews from Central and Elm Lane stations were called out to an out of control bonfire which had spread to a garden shed at 10:35pm on Birdwell Road, Sheffield. The accidental fire was quickly extinguished and the crews left at 11:20pm.

A BMW car was deliberately set on fire last night at 10:45pm on Miller Lane, Thorne, Doncaster. Firefighters from Thorne station attended the incident. They came away at 11:25pm.

Barnsley firefighters attended two cars (VW Polo and Audi) which had been deliberately set on fire at 2:45am on Low Row, Woolley Colliery Village, Barnsley. The crew left the scene at 3:40am.

A tree was accidentally set on fire at 6:45am this morning on Edgehill Road, Staincross, Barnsley. Firefighters from Cudworth station attended the incident. They left the scene at 7:30am.
