One fire engine attended a road traffic collision involving a car which had been driven through a barrier and into a garden on Wath Road, Mexborough after a call was received at 9.14pm. Firefighters made sure the vehicle was safe by disconnecting the battery and making safe the concrete barrier damaged in the impact. They had dealt with the incident by 9.41pm.

Firefighters from Cudworth attended an incident where a car had been set on fire and left in a field near Carlton Road, Barnsley after a call was received at 11.05pm. One hose reel was used to extinguish the fire. The incident had been dealt with by 11.46pm.

Firefighters from Parkway attended a vehicle fire involving a car that had been driven round a grassed area and set on fire near Vikinglea Road, Sheffield after a call was received at 11.11pm. One hose reel was used to extinguish the fire. Crews had left the scene by 11.54pm.
