Six fire engines attended a fire at a disused building on Roundel Street, Sheffield. Hose reels and hose reel jets were used to extinguish the fire. The incident had been dealt with by 2.22am.

Two fire engines attended the scene of a house fire on Birkwood Avenue, Cudworth after a call was received at 5.44am. The fire was caused by an air fryer which had been placed on top of a cooking hob. The occupants were treated for smoke inhalation at the scene and left in the care of paramedics. One hose reel was used to extinguish the fire. The incident had been dealt with by 6.18am.
