Friday 24 December

Three fire crews from Lowedges, Central and Parkway stations were called out to a premise fire at 10pm on Hemper Lane, Sheffield. The fire was accidental and involved the oven. Crews left the scene at 11:20pm.

Saturday 25 December

Firefighters from Cudworth and Dearne stations attended a premise on Taylor Crescent, Grimethorpe, Barnsley at 4:30pm.  This was an accidental fire involving a toaster. The crews came away at 5:35pm.

Fire crews from Central, Rivelin and Parkway stations were called out to an accidental kitchen fire at a house on Brunswick Road, Sheffield at 6:25pm. There were no reports of any casualties. Crews left the scene at 9:45pm.

Rotherham firefighters attended an accidental fire on a canal boat at 6:50pm on Shepcote Lane, Sheffield.  The fire was already out when crews arrived at the scene. There was one casualty. Crews left the scene at 8:15pm.

An Audi A3 car was accidentally on fire at 9:55pm on M1, Junction 37 to 38, northbound. Firefighters from Barnsley station attended the incident. They left at 10:20pm.

Sunday 26 December

A vehicle was deliberately set on fire at 2:30am on Hoober Street, West Melton, Rotherham. Firefighters from Dearne station attended the incident. They left at 3am.

Firefighters from Rotherham station were called out to a deliberate vehicle fire at 5:35am on Sheffield Road, Templeborough, Rotherham. The crew left the scene at 6:15am.

A vehicle was deliberately set on fire at 8:25pm on Longfellow Drive, Herringthorpe, Rotherham. Firefighters from Rotherham station attended the incident. They came away at 9:15pm.

Monday 27 December

Three fire crews from Rivelin, Elm Lane and Central stations were called to a derelict block of flats at 3:15am on Wordsworth Avenue, Sheffield.  The deliberate fire was in one of the flats. Crews left the scene at 4:15am.

Doncaster firefighters were called out to a deliberate car fire at 3:50am on Aintree Avenue, Cantley, Doncaster. The crew left the scene at 4:25am.

A van was accidentally on fire at 4:40am on Cumberland Road, Hoyland, Barnsley. Firefighters from Tankersley station attended the incident. They came away at 5:40am.

Firefighters from Central station attended a deliberate car fire at 5:05pm on Starling Mead, Sheffield. The fire crew left the scene at 5:40pm.

Three fire crews from Central and Rivelin stations were called out to an accidental flat fire at 8:30pm on Cliff Street, Sheffield. The crews came away at 10:50pm.

Dearne firefighters were called out to a deliberate vehicle fire at 10:20pm on Springfield, Bolton Upon Dearne, Barnsley. The crew left the scene at 10:45pm.

Tuesday 28 December

Barnsley and Cudworth firefighters attended an accidental premise fire involving a washing machine at 5:10pm on Field Drive, Cudworth, Barnsley. The crews left the scene at 5:50pm.
