Chimney sweep warning after another fire

People using open fires or wood burners should get their chimneys swept say firefighters, after attending another blaze.

Doncaster firefighters attended a chimney fire on The Green, Finningley at around 3.30pm on Sunday (27 September),

Crews used an aerial appliance to tackle the fire from above.

Chimneys can easily catch fire due to a build up of soot and other debris and should be swept at least once a year.
