Five fire crews were called to a fire at a recycling facility on Garter Street in Sheffield at 3:20am this morning.

On arrival crews from Central, Elm Lane, Parkway and Rivelin stations found a large amount of recycling paper on fire.

Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus have been tackling the blaze overnight with three crews still at the scene this morning damping down.

A fire investigation will take place once it is completely out.
