A Sheffield home has been badly damaged after a fire broke out at a portable heater in the conservatory at 3:20pm on Tuesday.
Four fire crews from Tankersley, Rivelin, Elm Lane and Central stations were called to the incident on Cross House Road in Sheffield.
A woman was already outside when firefighters arrived, however a number of pets were rescued by the fire crews.
The house was well alight and had spread to the roof area and to the neighbouring property. Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used hose reels to tackle the fire.
Crews left the scene at 7:45pm.
