Firefighters attend terraced house fire in Rotherham

Four fire engines tackle fire at terraced house

Four fire engines tackled a fire at a mid-terraced property in Rotherham.

Fire at the house broke out at Mount Pleasant Road, Masbrough in the second storey at around 4.30pm on Sunday, before spreading to the roof space.

Firefighters battled to prevent the blaze spreading through the roof voids of neighbouring properties.

No one was hurt in the incident, the cause of which is currently under investigation.
