People are being asked to clean out their ovens and grill pans after a grime fire in Rotherham.

The fire on Roberts Road, Wingfield started at around 10pm on Saturday (12 March) night.

Heat from a frying pan ignited fat and grease in a grill pan tray, filling the kitchen with smoke.

Luckily, no one was hurt in the incident and the fire was already out when Rotherham and Dearne firefighters arrived.
