Overnight incidents 28/29 November 2021

Six fire crews were called out to flats on Boston Street, Sheffield at 7:40pm. The accidental fire was in a communal kitchen area. Luckily there were no reports of any casualties. The crews left the scene at 8:35pm.

Two wheelie bins were accidentally on fire at 8:15pm on Brindley Close, Sheffield. A fire crew from Birley Moor station attended the incident. They left at 8:35pm.

Edlington firefighters were called out to a deliberate rubbish fire at 8:45pm on Sickleworks Close, Conisbrough, Doncaster. The crew left the scene at 9pm.

Firefighters from Rotherham station attended a sofa fire outside at New Wortley Road, Masbrough, Rotherham at 9:50pm. The fire is believed to have been started deliberately. The crew came away at 10:05pm.

Three fire crews from Dearne, Cudworth and Barnsley stations were called out to a fire at a premise on Hoober View, Wombwell, Barnsley. The fire is believed to have started accidentally at a portable heater. Crews left the scene at 11pm.

Two vehicles were deliberately set on fire at 1:20am on Coronach Way, New Rossington, Doncaster. Firefighters from Doncaster station attended the incident. They left at 2:20am.
