Overnight incidents 8/9 June 2020

Two fire engines from Parkway and Birley Moor stations attended a fire at a derelict pub at 7:10pm on Hastilar Road South, Sheffield. The fire is believed to have been started deliberately. The crews came away at 8:35pm.

At 9:15pm firefighters from Adwick station were called out to a car fire on Church Lane, Marr, Doncaster. The crew came away at 9:35pm. The fire started accidentally.

Rotherham firefighters attended a deliberate rubbish fire at 9:15pm on Tenter Street, Thornhill, Rotherham. They came away at 9:35pm.

A fire crew from Maltby station were called to a deliberate rubbish fire on Low Lane, Carr, Rotherham at 10:20pm. The crew left the scene at 10:30pm.

Firefighters from Doncaster station attended a deliberate rubbish fire at 10:30pm on Centurion Way, Bentley, Doncaster. They left at 10:50pm.

A wheelie bin was deliberately set on fire at 11pm on Hartington Road, Holmes, Rotherham. Firefighters from Rotherham attended the incident. They came away at 11:15pm.

Three fire crews attended a fire at a pub on Tickhill Road, Maltby, Rotherham at 11:40pm. The fire is believed to have been started deliberately in an outside smoking area, but the fire spread to the pub. The crews left at 1:40am.

A fire crew from Rotherham station attended a deliberate bin fire at 12:45am on Canklow Road, Canklow, Rotherham. The crew left at 1am.

At 1am this morning Rotherham firefighters attended a deliberate rubbish fire on Rotherham Road, Canklow, Rotherham. They left the scene at 1:05am.

Dearne firefighters were called out to a deliberate rubbish fire at 4am on Old Doncaster Road, Wath-upon-Dearne, Rotherham. They came away at 4:20am.
