Overnight incidents 10/11 July

Barnsley firefighters were called out to an accidental bin fire at 7:25pm on Station Road, Wath Upon Dearne, Rotherham. The crew left the scene at 7:50pm.

Firefighters from Edlington station attended an accidental fire involving cut straw at 7:40pm on Aldham House Lane, Wombwell, Barnsley. The crew came away at 8:50pm.

Elm Lane firefighters were called out to a deliberate fire involving old furniture outside at Lane End, Sheffield at 8:25pm. The crew left the scene at 8:50pm.

A skip was accidentally on fire at 8:45pm on Anns Road North, Sheffield. Firefighters from Central station attended the incident. They left at 9:30pm.

Three fire crews from Central and Birley Moor stations were called out to an accidental bin chute fire at 10pm on Sands Close, Sheffield. The crews came away at 10:40pm.

Barnsley firefighters attended a deliberate grassland fire at 10:15pm on Underwood Avenue, Worsbrough Dale, Barnsley. The crew left the scene at 10:50pm.

Firefighters from Adwick station were called out to a deliberate fire involving trees and rubbish at 10:15pm on Green Lane, Brodworth, Doncaster. The crew came away at 11:05pm.

Two fire crews from Cudworth and Barnsley stations attended a deliberate grass fire at 11:55pm on Fish Dam Lane, Carlton, Barnsley. The crews left the scene at 1:20am.

Aston firefighters were called out to bushes on fire at 4:30am on Mansfield Road, Aston, Rotherham. The fire is believed to have been started deliberately. The crew came away at 4:40am.
