Overnight incidents 21/22 June 2020

A wheelie bin was accidentally on fire at 9pm on Hall Close Avenue, Whiston, Rotherham. A fire crew from Rotherham station attended the incident. They left the scene at 9:15pm.

Firefighters from Doncaster station attended a discarded tent in woods which had been deliberately set on fire at 9:30pm on Mansfield Crescent, Armthorpe, Doncaster. The crew came away at 10pm.

Two crews from Cudworth station attended a deliberate vehicle fire at 10:35pm on West Green Way, Monk Bretton, Barnsley. The crews left at 11:20pm.

A car was deliberately set on fire at 11:55pm on Marr Roundabout, Marr, Doncaster. Firefighters from Edlington station were called out to the incident. They left at 12:35am.

Cudworth firefighters attended a shed fire at 12:35am on Mackey Crescent, Brierley, Barnsley. The fire had spread to the shed from rubbish being burnt in a bin. The crew left at 1:15am.

Two fire crews from Birley Moor station were called to two vehicles on fire at 2:20am on Shortbrook Close, Sheffield. They left the scene at 3:05am. The fire is believed to have been started deliberately.

Rotherham firefighters were called out to a deliberate bin fire at 2:25am on Stoddart Way, Parkgate, Rotherham. The crew left at 2:35am.

A commercial wheelie bin was deliberately set on fire at 3:20am on Moor Road, Wath Upon Dearne, Rotherham. Dearne firefighters attended the incident. They left at 3:45am.

At 5:30am this morning Dearne firefighters were called out to a deliberate rubbish fire on Doncaster Road, Denaby Main, Doncaster. The crews left at 6:05am.

A shed was deliberately set on fire at 6:45am on Main Street, Mexborough, Doncaster. A fire crew from Dearne station attended the incident. They left at 7:15am.
